IN MEMORIAM
On September 11, 2009 Nyal Bodily was killed in a tragic car accident while travelling with his family on the way to St. George, Utah. We lost a dear friend and colleague who was a wonderful and fine member of the bar and our law firm. Nyal worked as a prosecutor in Oregon and Utah for several years. He eventually went into private practice focusing on Criminal Defense while expanding into the area of Family Law.
Nyal was with Esplin | Weight for 2 years and quickly became an integral part of our law firm team. He was an experienced trial attorney, he was always prepared, and he knew the law. Nyal was available and willing to share his knowledge will new attorneys to the firm and valued as a thoughtful and valuable colleague by his more experienced peers. His example, skill, and personality will be deeply missed.
